What if I miss a session? Will the sessions be recorded?
YES - We understand that attending all the sessions with the community might not be possible for all. So the recordings of all the sessions would be available for replay to all the participants for 2 days. The participants can go through the session at any time of the Day in case the session was missed, or in case they want to revisit a part of the session again.
How does this workshop conducted?
This workshop is a guided program conducted over the internet, where participants join for 35 minutes daily to learn the arts of Meditation and Awareness. It aims to build a Daily Meditation Practice and gradually understand the essence of Meditation. It can, in time, help you access an expansive state of awareness, motivating regular practice. The challenge is guided by experienced meditation instructors. Participants join the community sessions via Zoom. The sessions include learning about the techniques, a guided meditation session, and Live interaction with the instructors for QnA.
What Language do the Instructors Use to facilitate the Challenge?

Can I interact with the instructor?
Yes, there is a separate time allocated for a live interaction with the guides. At the end of each session there will be a QnA slot in which participants are free to share their experiences or ask any queries that they might have.
What types of meditation techniques are taught?
Bliss incorporates authentic, ancient meditation practices grounded in rationality and science. Our techniques include guided, unguided, and insight meditations, all aimed at expanding awareness. We follow a structured path to help you understand meditation logically, with clear markers to guide your progress. Bliss workshops initially use Breath as the meditation object, gradually introducing simple awareness as the core practice. Participants will also encouraged, to apply the learnings in their day-to-day life.
Do I need prior meditation experience to join?
No prior experience is necessary. TheWorkshops are designed for both beginners and experienced meditators who want to explore Awareness practices. Guidance and support are provided throughout the challenge. Beginners need only a willingness to participate.
I am an advanced practitioner. Will this Challenge help me?
Yes, many advanced practitioners, including those with experience in Vipassana, Zen meditation, Art of Living, Isha, various Buddhist traditions, and non-duality have found value in the Bliss way. They gain a new perspective on the essence behind different practices.
What equipment do I need?
You need a reliable internet connection, a computer or mobile device with a camera and microphone and a quiet, comfortable space for meditation. A meditation cushion or chair is also helpful.

What if I am not comfortable with paying for the challenge?
